Books, a great way to escape the "real" world. Open the book. Transport yourself into fiction pages and peek into another person's perspective, another person's life. Get lost in another dimension, fall in love with a fiction character, crave for adventure, never contended with what you have. Close the book. Repeat cycle.
(where did that mini dimple come from? haha!)
Whenever I read a book, I won't lie, I skip pages, to the end because I just can't wait to read the aftermath. Who ends up with who, does anyone dies, etc. I wonder if my life, my story, is worth skipping the middle pages, to the end.

On a side note, I can't wait for summer, then *gasp* college. Makes me feel really old. Just a few more days left of high school! Must make the most out of every single day!
Have a great week ahead :D

Hyped! ;)
ReplyDeleteSadly, I do the same thing ^^' Skipping pages to the end.. sometimes I can't stand not to find out what's going to happen and the action doesn't move as fast as I would. But the way you put the problem, if our lives are worth skipping pages.. hmmm I never thought of this. It does sound of scary to be honest xD
Have a great start in the week,
